Project goal
Take over an undocumented codebase built on a no-code platform (Lovable) with heavy platform lock-in, and stabilize it into a production-grade, scalable system.
What I did
- ▸Migrated the application from Lovable to an independent Supabase and hosting setup.
- ▸Identified and fixed multi-tenant data-isolation and RLS issues across 9 distinct user roles.
- ▸Implemented token-scoped guest access for external vendor and offer workflows.
- ▸Integrated an in-app AI agent (9 autonomous background loops) that surfaces risk, cost, and vendor intelligence.
- ▸Maintain living architecture documentation, kept current with every structural change.
